Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note this cost does not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country.
For International orders (orders outside of Australia), the prices displayed in our shipping table does not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities, so please be aware of these before placing your order. We always aim to dispatch your order within one business day. Then depending on where you are located the shipping time will vary. For a rough guide on shipping times visit our shipping page.
All orders shipping to an Australian address will be shipped via Australia Post. International orders will be sent via Australia Post EMS. All International orders will require signature upon delivery to ensure it gets to you safely.
Pre-order shipping times will be listed on individual product pages. If you order multiple pre-order items then your entire order will be sent to you at the later listed date.
Pre-order item orders will not be split from the rest of your order, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Yes, our boxes are all recyclable. However we encourage you to repurpose our beautifully designed and crafted boxes.
We aim to do our best to minimise our impact on the environment, and are always finding new ways to do our part.

If the item is listed as sold out, please email us if you wish to purchase the item. If you are unable to find the item on the website then it has sold out and will not be restocked.

We currently only offer returns within 15 days of your purchase, if you would like to exchange an item, you will need to issue a return for the product you have and then place another order for the items you are after.
1. To complete a return, first ensure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, this includes outer gift boxes, clothing tags, ribbons and any other gift wrapping.
2. Send an email through to email@example.com, with your invoice number and reason for the return, along with any attachments that may help explain the reason for your return.
3. We will then send through an email to approve your return request along with shipping info
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
5. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or other original method of payment within 10 days after the return has been received.
